Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item you receive in your box is damaged. If you believe your item arrived damaged, please contact us at info@theatlanticcanadabox.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include details and photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Note: Non-damaged items, personalized, perishable, or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What if I do not like one of the products received?

We put a lot of care into curating each box, selecting what we believe to be the very best Atlantic Canada has to offer. That said, we understand that taste is personal—and if something isn’t quite to your liking, we suggest gifting it to a friend who might enjoy it.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time before the upcoming charge date. If you wish to stop receiving boxes, please ensure cancellation is completed before the respective deadlines outlined below.

Spring Box

  • Pre-Orders Cancellation Deadline: December 15th
  • Pre-Orders Open: December 16th
  • Shipping Begins: March 1st

Summer Box

  • Pre-Orders Cancellation Deadline: March 15th
  • Pre-Orders Open: March 16th
  • Shipping Begins: June 1st

Fall Box

  • Pre-Orders Cancellation Deadline: June 15th
  • Pre-Orders Open: June 16th
  • Shipping Begins: September 1st

Holiday Box

  • Pre-Orders Cancellation Deadline: September 15th
  • Pre-Orders Open: September 16th
  • Shipping Begins: December 1st

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it upon delivery and notify us immediately at info@theatlanticcanadabox.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.

What if a product is broken or damaged?

Each box is carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure everything is perfect for our customers before it leaves our hands. Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot control how the package is handled during transit.


If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.


Please note: because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance are normal and part of their charm. These natural differences do not indicate a defect.
