Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Important Deadline: To avoid being charged for an upcoming box, you must cancel before the next charge date.
Charge Dates by Season
Please review the schedule below for cancellation deadlines and charge dates for each seasonal box.
Spring Box
- Cancellation Deadline: December 15th
- Charge Date: December 16th
Summer Box
- Cancellation Deadline: March 15th
- Charge Date: March 16th
Fall Box
- Cancellation Deadline: June 15th
- Charge Date: June 16th
Holiday Box
- Cancellation Deadline: September 15th
- Charge Date: September 16th
How to Cancel

Log into Your Account
- Access your account through our website.

Manage Your Subscription
- Navigate to the subscription management section.

Cancel Before the Deadline
- Complete the cancellation process prior to the charge date.
If your cancellation is submitted after the charge date, the cancellation will take effect in the following subscription cycle, and you will still receive the box corresponding to that charge.
