By accessing our website and/or purchasing a product or subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”). Please read them carefully.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, and subscribers. Your continued use of our site represents acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
Subscription Details
The Atlantic Canada Box is proud to offer curated subscription boxes to our valued customers. You can choose between purchasing a one-time box or subscribing to our seasonal boxes, delivered quarterly.
Subscription Box Options

One-Time Box Purchase
- Charged at the time of purchase.
- No recurring billing applies.

Seasonal Subscription Box Membership
- Billed quarterly.
- Receive one box each season with new, curated items.
How Subscriptions Work
- Billing: Charges for seasonal subscriptions occur four times a year, directly after pre-order deadlines (e.g., December 16th for Spring).
- Shipping: Boxes are dispatched on the first day of March, June, September, and December.
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining updated billing and shipping information to avoid interruptions.
Pricing & Payments
Prices for products and subscriptions are listed in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- One-Time Purchases are charged immediately upon checkout.
- Subscription Payments are automatically charged to the payment method you provide at the start of each new billing cycle.
We reserve the right to adjust product pricing and subscription charges but will notify you in advance of any changes.
Shipping Policy
- Subscription boxes ship out four times per year (March, June, September, December).
- Shipping fees:
- Canadian Provinces: Included in the subscription cost.
- Canadian Territories: $25 CAD per box.
- The USA: $25 CAD per box.
- UK, France, Spain, and Ireland: $30 CAD per box.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next charge date to avoid being billed for an upcoming box.
- Pre-order cancellation deadlines:
- Spring Box: December 15th
- Summer Box: March 15th
- Fall Box: June 15th
- Holiday Box: September 15th
To cancel, log in to your account and follow the subscription management steps or contact us at info@theatlanticcanadabox.com.
Cancellations made after a charge date apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds or returns are only offered for damaged items. Should your box or its contents arrive in less-than-perfect condition, email us at info@theatlanticcanadabox.com with photos and order details for assistance. For more information, see our Refund & Return Policy.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use, store, and safeguard your data.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from your use of our services will be resolved by arbitration in the Province of New Brunswick. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to take disputes to court except where prohibited by law.
