Our One-Time Purchase option allows you to order a single seasonal Atlantic Canada Box with no subscription or ongoing commitment. Simply purchase the current seasonal box and it will be shipped during the scheduled seasonal shipping period.

It's a great option if you'd like to try The Atlantic Canada Box before subscribing or send a seasonal box as a one-time gift to someone special.

Our Recurring Seasonal Subscription is perfect if you'd like to receive each new Atlantic Canada Seasonal Box without having to reorder every season. Your subscription automatically renews and is billed each season before the next box is prepared and shipped.

It's designed to be flexible so you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal. This way, you can look forward to a thoughtfully curated box of Atlantic Canadian finds each season, without a long-term commitment.

Our Pre-Paid Annual Subscription lets you pay upfront for a full year of The Atlantic Canada Box and receive four seasonal boxes throughout the year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). Once purchased, there's no need to worry about seasonal payments or renewals during the year. Each box will automatically be prepared and shipped to you during its scheduled seasonal shipping period. Your subscription will automatically renew for another year after your fourth box ships unless you choose to cancel.

With our Recurring Seasonal Subscription, you'll be billed $125 + tax immediately when you sign up for your first box. This initial purchase is non-refundable. After that, your subscription will automatically renew each season unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date.

Seasonal closing dates are:

• Spring Box: December 15
• Summer Box: March 15
• Fall Box: June 15
• Winter Box: September 15

Your credit card will be charged $125 + tax on each renewal date until your subscription is cancelled. Seasonal boxes are then shipped at the beginning of their scheduled release month.

With our Recurring Pre-Paid Annual Subscription, you pay for four seasonal boxes upfront for $460 + tax. After your fourth box ships, your subscription will automatically renew for another year unless you choose to cancel.

We bill approximately 2.5 months before each seasonal box ships. This allows us to thoughtfully plan and curate each box, secure products in advance, and support the small businesses and makers we work with by prioritizing timely payment.

Billing in advance also helps us accurately plan quantities and ensure your box is reserved for the upcoming season.

Pre-orders for each new seasonal Atlantic Canada Box open approximately 2½ months before the scheduled shipping date:

• Spring Box: Pre-orders open December 16 | Ships March 1
• Summer Box: Pre-orders open March 16 | Ships June 1
• Fall Box: Pre-orders open June 16 | Ships September 1
• Winter Box: Pre-orders open September 16 | Ships December 1

Pre-orders remain available while quantities last, and boxes may sell out before the scheduled shipping date. We recommend ordering early to secure your box for the season.

Yes! Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible.

With the Recurring Seasonal Subscription, you can cancel at any time after your first box, provided you cancel before the next seasonal renewal date.

With the Pre-Paid Annual Subscription, your initial commitment includes four seasonal boxes. Once your fourth box has shipped, you can cancel before your annual subscription renews.

To cancel, simply log in to your Atlantic Canada Box Customer Portal and manage your subscription, or email us at info@theatlanticcanadabox.com and we'll be happy to assist.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming seasonal box, please cancel your subscription before the applicable renewal date:

• Spring Box: December 15
• Summer Box: March 15
• Fall Box: June 15
• Winter Box: September 15

Cancellations made after the renewal date will apply to the following season, as the upcoming box will already have been charged and reserved for you.

Each box is securely packed to ensure everything is in perfect condition before it leaves our hands. Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped, we cannot control how it is handled during transit. If an item in your box arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at info@theatlanticcanadabox.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll be happy to guide you through the next steps and work toward a resolution.

Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. Personalized, perishable, clearance, and non-damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We put a great deal of care into curating each seasonal box and selecting products we believe showcase the very best of Atlantic Canada. That said, we know everyone has different tastes. If a particular item isn't quite for you, we encourage you to pass it along to a friend or family member who may love discovering it.

Canadian subscribers, a $15 CAD flat-rate shipping and handling fee is included in the price of each box.

For subscribers in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, and Ireland, shipping is a flat rate of $30 CAD per box.

Once your box ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
