Seasonal Reminders

Each season, you’ll receive a $0 order confirmation email to confirm your next box is reserved and on its way. This email will also include a tracking number so you can follow your box’s journey from coast to coast.

Shipping Schedule

The Atlantic Canada Box ships four times a year, thoughtfully curated to reflect the beauty of each season. Here’s our seasonal schedule for box shipments:

Spring Box

  • Pre-Orders Cancellation Deadline: December 15th
  • Pre-Orders Open: December 16th
  • Boxes Ship Out: March 1st

Summer Box

  • Pre-Orders Cancellation Deadline: March 15th
  • Pre-Orders Open: March 16th
  • Boxes Ship Out: June 1st

Fall Box

  • Pre-Orders Cancellation Deadline: June 15th
  • Pre-Orders Open: June 16th
  • Boxes Ship Out: September 1st

Holiday Box

  • Pre-Orders Cancellation Deadline: September 15th
  • Pre-Orders Open: September 16th
  • Boxes Ship Out: December 1st

Shipping Options

Canada

Flat-rate shipping to Canadian Provinces is included in the price of your subscription, making it easy to enjoy Atlantic Canadian goods with no additional costs.

Territories and Northern regions we offer a flat rate of rate of $20 CAD/box (automatically applied at checkout).


USA

We ship to the United States for a flat rate of $20 CAD/box (automatically applied at checkout).

  • You are sole responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes that may be imposed by your country.


Overseas

We currently ship to the UK, France, Spain, and Ireland for a flat rate of $25 CAD/box(automatically applied at checkout).

Delivery Timeline

Our boxes ship out at the start of the month for each season (March, June, September, and December). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping destination. Tracking information will be provided via email to help you keep an eye on your box.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in ensuring your box arrives safely. If your box arrives damaged or you are experiencing shipping issues, please contact us at info@theatlanticcanadabox.com with your order details and photos of the damages. We’ll work to resolve the problem promptly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your box ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your box’s progress from our team to your home.
